The militants of the terrorist groups that are banned in Russia, ISIL and Jabhat Fateh al-Sham, are planning to disrupt the implementation of the memorandum on security zones in Syria, the Russian Center for Conciliation said.
"On May 6, after the implementation of the memorandum on the establishment of the de-escalation zones in the Syrian Arab Republic, the situation on the ground is assessed as calm by all opposing sides. Along with that, according to the information, received by the Russian Reconciliation Center from the local residents, the terrorist groups, Jabhat Fateh al-Sham and ISIL, are planning to disrupt the implementation of the memorandum, " the report reads.
